PIE Rented Datacenter in Texas – Power Outage

We’re excited to share that despite a temporary challenge, our cloud mining system remains strong and fully operational for all PIE accounts.

Between December 31 and January 1, our rented datacenter in Texas, BazCenter, experienced an unexpected electric outage and power spike. This impacted approximately 100 to 150 computer miners and the cooling systems for 2–3 steel containers housing 250 miners each.

Thanks to our proactive measures and dedicated teams, repairs and recovery efforts are well underway. All affected miners and cooling systems are being restored, with a full return to normal operations expected between January 1 and January 7, 2025.

We want to assure you that your PIE accounts have been completely unaffected by this situation. We are committed to keeping you informed and maintaining the high standard of service you trust.
